Dried Chipotle Chile

Chipotle chiles are smoked and dried Jalapeño chiles. Our Meco chipotle chile's have a light brown hue with a deep smokey and nutty flavour and leathery notes that blend well with strong flavours. Use them in all your traditional preparations like salsa’s, nacho's, sauces and marinades.

They can be used dried as a seasoning and spice or rehydrate them in warm water for 15mins to make a chile paste.
