Description
A perfect finishing application for cakes, entremets, petit fours and more. It is ready-to-use, freeze-thaw stable and can be adapted with different flavoured compounds.
Usage: Loosen glaze by agitation and apply to set or frozen product by pouring, ladle or brush. Allow to set to desired consistency in fridge or freezer. Sets clear when applied thinly.
