purchases
All purchases are final and The Red Spoon Company will not accept returns or refund requests unless products are defective on our or manufactures part, we advise our customers to choose carefully when making any purchases.
failure to provide information:
Customers who fail to provide the required information when creating an account will delay the dispatch of their orders until all relevant information is provided.
disclosure
The Red Spoon Company will not under any circumstances disclose customer information to anyone unless required by law.
shipping
All items are shipped via the Australia Post network, with the exception of requests made to ship items via other methods. The Red Spoon Company will take no responsibility for any items once they have passed into the nominated shipping agents possession. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the shipping agent any lost, damaged or stolen parcels once they have left our premises.
If regular parcel post is selected there is no way to track the parcel through the delivery process and no claims can be made for damaged and or lost products/parcels. If the customer is worried that the items they have ordered will not reach them in a safe manner it is up to the customer to choose "Australia Post Insured" shipping at the checkout process. Insured shipping allows the parcel to be tracked through the entire delivery process and claims can be made with Australia Post for damaged and or lost products/parcels.
damaged and faulty products
All care is taken in shipping ordered products in a fashion that allows them to reach their destination in the condition that they are sent in. The Red Spoon Company will not accept liability for items damaged in transit once they pass into the care of the nominated shipping agent. If you are worried that items may be damaged in transit, you have the option of selecting insured parcel post, where the value of the products is covered against damage in transit.
Products that are faulty due to no fault of your own will be replaced or refunded with the prior approval of us and the manufacture. Please do not send any products back to us, before confirming that we will accept them. To enter a claim for faulty products please use the contact page located on our main site.
