All items are shipped via the Australia Post network, with the exception of requests made to ship items via other methods. The Red Spoon Company will take no responsibility for any items once they have passed into the nominated shipping agents possession. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the shipping agent any lost, damaged or stolen parcels once they have left our premises.
If regular parcel post is selected there is no way to track the parcel through the delivery process and no claims can be made for damaged and or lost products/parcels. If you are worried that the items they have ordered will not reach them in a safe manner it is up to the customer to choose "Australia Post Insured" shipping at the checkout process. Insured shipping allows the parcel to be tracked through the entire delivery process and claims can be made with Australia Post for damaged and or lost products/parcels.
