This basic starter pack is for the original straight method of Spherification. Our Basic Spherification starter pack contains:
- 250g Sodium Alginate
- 250g Calcium Chloride
- 250g Sodium Citrate
All the essential ingredients for the creation of spheres, pearls, ravioli etc through the process of Spherification. Please note to perform reverse spherification you will need Calcium Gluconate
