Use in chocolate and sugar work, cake making and dough and fondant kneading. Just place the mat on a baking sheet, pan or bench and the Exopat mat is ready to work with sticky materials such as gooey batter, taffy, caramel, or anything your imagination allows. Nothing sticks to the mat, so it will save you a lot of time cleaning as there in no more sticky mess on your pans!

Exopat Non-Stick Baking Mats are made of fibreglass and silicone, and can be used over and over. Can be used at temperatures varying from -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F)
