• Open and close retail store
• Handle retail and trade customer inquiries
• Process in-store, phone, fax and online orders
• Maintain stock and displays in store
• Some administration duties

requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently
• The ability to think on your feet, problem solve and make effective business decisions
• Have experience &/or a strong interest in Food or Molecular Gastronomy
• Knowledge of excel, QuickBooks or retail software 
• Great personality, positive attitude and motivation

Mostly Monday to Friday, although there may be the occasional Saturday shift
